1. SECURITY

Shopping securely with Aditii Silks:

We understand you may feel apprehensive when sharing your details online. We at Aditii Silks, take customer information seriously and handle it with maximum security. Aditii Silks does not retain your credit /debit card details. All our payments are processed via Shopify, one of the most secure online shopping payment providers. Our secure systems are certified by both Visa and MasterCard with other major cards accepted.

 After clicking in to the secure payment section of our site at the checkout, your web browser will automatically go into "secure mode" meaning that the credit card details you have provided have been encrypted to keep them secure. Your credit card details will not be stored once your order has been placed and will not be passed on to any other party. Your credit card details are solely used to make payment.
Once your payment has been accepted you will also be sent an email confirming that your transaction has been successful. Please retain the email for your records. From time to time we may keep you informed by post, email, text or other electronic means about our products and special offers. You can opt out by unsubscribing from our emails/newsletters by following the link on the email/newsletter (every email/newsletter we send you, will include a link allowing you to opt out of our communications).
 

2. DISCLAIMER

All items are subject to availability. Our items may vary slightly in colour due to photography and printing process. A garment may from time to time have variations in patterns/colours due to individual dyeing methods. All items are DRY CLEAN only. Measurements given are approximate as majority of our garments are hand produced.
Many of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed. Any displacements to stones, sequins, beads or embroidery cannot be deemed as defect in the garment/jewellery but is caused by the very nature of the work. In these cases postage cannot be claimed in exchanges or refunds. All care has been taken to ensure that the product description and specification are correct at the time of going to the press however specification and details may change.
While all care has been taken in making available and maintaining the Currency Conversion Rates displayed on this site, such conversion rates are estimates only of currency conversions that may apply to a transaction. These rates are provided for information purposes only without express or implied warranty. The Currency Conversion Rates should not be relied upon as actual currency conversion rates that may be applied to any particular transaction as such rates will frequently fluctuate over time and vary between various financial providers.

3. ONLINE RETURNS POLICY:

We do not accept returns for items on sale.
If an item is unsuitable, it can be returned for refund as long as the goods are returned unworn & in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer. Only the cost of goods are refundable and not the postage charges.
Customers are required to obtain confirmation from us prior to returning the goods by contacting us via our contact box on our website or by emailing us on info@aditiisilks.com. It is mandatory to upload the digital picture of the garments highlighting the problem area and the original tags. Customers are required to contact us within 48hours of receiving their order with a reason for the return and the photos. Once our confirmation is received, please go ahead and return the item to the address indicated. Please note that goods received without our confirmatory email, may not be refunded.
Condition of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please Note: All our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch. Please take care when trying on items of clothing and ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume, or a deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the item.
We will be unable to accept the returns of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Refunds will not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or negligence.
Wrong Item Received: In an unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect item is received, please contact us as explained above.
Please return the item using Royal Mail second class recorded delivery. We will only reimburse the cost amount or equivalent to this postal service and not for any other postal/courier service. We cannot dispatch a new item unless we have received the wrong/faulty item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.


4. PRODUCT QUERY:

Please contact us via our email contact box to send us your query about any of our products or to check for any particular products of interest.


5. DELIVERY INFORMATION:

If you have any specific delivery requirements, please contact us. We are always happy to accommodate your timescales wherever possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day and we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered within the timeline you have selected.
Customers should note that during busy periods and when circumstances are beyond our control, deliveries may take a little longer. We do not provide any compensation for late deliveries. If you have not received your delivery within the timeline you selected, please contact our customer support team via this helpline email.


If the items selected are out of stock or are found faulty prior to dispatch, you will be notified by either phone or email.
We will only deliver to the registered card address and a signature is always required. Please provide specific delivery instructions for your order if required, including instructions on leaving items with your neighbour etc.
If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts or the delivery is rejected, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply an additional charge of £6.00 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.  PLEASE NOTE: We do not as a rule deliver on Sundays and UK bank holidays.

 If you have received your order with missing items, damaged or faulty goods please contact our customer support team via the Contact us email box and at email info@aditiisilks.com within 36 hours of receiving the delivery. No claim will be entertained after this period.
